Scudder Strategic LLC operates in strict compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act. We do not charge upfront fees for our services. All fees are earned only after the contracted services have been fully performed. You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within three business days from the date you signed it.

2. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is critical to us. We collect personal information, including credit reports and identification documents, solely for the purpose of credit auditing and dispute management. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party marketing firms. Your data is shared only with credit bureaus or creditors as necessary to perform the services requested.

3. No Guarantees

While we use legal and forensic strategies to challenge inaccurate data, Scudder Strategic LLC does not guarantee a specific credit score increase or the removal of any specific item. Credit scores are determined by independent bureaus and are based on a variety of factors outside of our direct control.

4. Missouri State Compliance

Scudder Strategic LLC is a registered Credit Service Organization in the State of Missouri and maintains the legally required $10,000 surety bond for the protection of our clients.

5. Affiliate Disclosure
